Urban 59 is a small private gym in Sidcup, Kent. We believe that a community built on like-mindedness, motivation, encouragement and shared experience is essential to achieving your goals. 

Have you done a gym class in the past and perhaps felt like dot in the corner of a class of 25 and not having any one on one time with the trainer? With only 6 people per class Sophie and her team will be able to teach you perfect technique, push you to your full capability whilst still getting that social aspect in a group setting. A small group personal training class at Urban 59 can be a great way to break into the world of working with a personal trainer without breaking the bank.

Our small group personal training sessions, which are brought to life through expert coaching, allow members to feel like they are part of something bigger: our community. They offer the chance to build friendships, confidence, motivation and a shared love for fitness.

There’s always a way to move your body.

A combination of 'lets lift' and 'lets sweat' using dumbbells, barbells, your own bodyweight, kettlebells, battle ropes, agility equipment, exercise bands and a whole lot more, you will experience an effective workout to improve your health, not just for NOW but your FUTURE health too.
