About me.

My determination, drive and passion for exercise was sparked by my time in the British military.  As a parent to two young children, I understand how important exercise is, not only for my well-being but I believe exercise is the key to improved mental and physical health. I am a firm believer in practising what you preach as a trainer, I embody the idea of teamwork, placing emphasis on the relationship that is shared with the client.  I understand how precious time is and can show you how to train safely and productively, meaning you will see quicker results to both your body and fitness levels.  Whether you live nearby to Sidcup and can train face to face or further afield and train virtually, I can bring personal training to you.

  • Anatomy and physiology for exercise and health

  • Exercise referral practitioner (such as obesity, asthma and hypertension)

  • Outdoor fitness

  • Group indoor cycling

  • Sports conditioning

  • Crossfit Level 1

  • SIA license Close Protection

  • Emergency first aid
