Why it’s important.
Being stronger and having more stamina just makes life easier. This small group class is designed to help you develop firmer and stronger muscles as well as the capacity to do more for longer. You'll also do some moderate exercises to strengthen bones which is important to slow down the effects of osteoporosis. There really are no downsides to safe and effective exercise. The only danger is doing unsupervised and unstructured exercise, or doing no exercise at all.

The class is currently running every Tuesday and Friday at 11am. We are based in a private home gym in Sidcup, Kent.
